I had a question regarding quantities in orders, Printful's team was so nice and quick to answer, loved it!

Best option on the market right now

I have been using Printful for more than 4 years. I'm very satisfied with their customer service. They respond quickly and take the time to explain everything in detail. During these four years, the biggest issues I had with them was when a wrong item was sent to my customer and once a package got lost but that was a long time ago and I have not faced such issues since. Every CS rep has gone above and beyond to assist my *slightly annoying* questions! They're very patient and thorough. So glad to be using this service, especially for apparel items.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. They never stated that they didn't offer metallic printing until after the fact and the are refusing to resolve the problem. I will never use the company again.

The worse company ever!

The worse company ever! after working one year building my store collection, and putting on sale, now 80 % of the products are not available, discontinued without alternatives!! And the customer service replies with copy paste answers!!

Let's start with the positives. The products I received were excellent, 4 unisex zip up hoodies, no complaints there. Their customer support was always very prompt, accessible, helpful, and professional -- this is good because you'll need to talk to them a lot to get anything sorted out.
