I had an Etsy shop years ago, but ended up having to shut it down because the forward investment and space constraints were too much to keep up with. I'm SO thankful for Printful — I was able to re-open my shop because of the ability to print on-demand and for them to handle the printing and shipping. The product arrived just as I wanted. It is high quality and very well done. The customer service is fast and attentive. Overall a great experience. I will only use Printful in the future.

Been working with Printful to fulfill my customers orders for my art prints, for the most part they’ve been good but starting to get complaints about items arriving damaged or hastily stuffed and bent and damaged. Considering switching soon if this keeps up

E-store beginners enjoying the experience.

We are setting up our new e-store. As newbies to all of this, we have found that the library of how-to videos have been very helpful in our journey. Their live chat has also answered all of our questions and aimed us in the proper direction with the information we needed. And they did this all with patience and a sense of humor. Their graphics department were terrific with both image vector turnaround, modifications and advice. I would highly recommend them along with the whole organization

I got my order faster than I was expecting. I like the job that was done and I am glad I ordered sample because I was able to see my mistake and not the customer. So far communication has been excellent. I think I will do business with them. Thank you

The worst online company I have ever dealt with there shipping rates and times are outrages takes 1 month to get a few sweatshirts printed the quality of there products and work are garbage after 1 wash my company logo almost completely faded and came off of the sweatshirts I had printed one of the worst companys to deal with dont recommend buying anything from them

Stay Far Away

Fast shipping. Ordered a few sample products with our logo (hoodie, polos, beanies, tank tops). Shipping was fast. The beanies were great. The polos and hoodies were of terrible quality. I suspect there is no quality inspection at all as there were fibers and small tears in all the polos and in the hoodie. The size is good, but not in the case of the hoodies. They are tiny. A Large is like a Small. If I could, I'd just return everything for my money back. So. If you want custom merch, ...
