Bad Printing Quality

I ordered a custom printed T-shirt recently. I wanted to try their products in order to sell T-shirts with my designs in the future. The product I received is not only not sellable, it is just not usable. I contacted their customer service and they responded that "it is the expected quality". The print is all cracked and the colors are dull... How can this be the expected quality? I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Poor Shipping & Customer Service, Good Quality of Product

Quality of the products = Great Range of products = Good Customer service = Bad Shipping times = Horrible when i ordered my first batch of samples, the quality was amazing and it arrived on time. Decided to order more, it still didn't arrive. It's been over a month and the customer service keep telling me to wait one more week then they'll provide me with a solution which, guess what, is to wait another week! Great All Around

Love Printful.com it was super easy to design my T-Shirts with my own Logo. I can now be my own marketing agent while I am out running errands. I also. love the quality of the shirts , they are soft and have not faded as of yet and its been about 3-4 months. Highly recommend this company this is now my go to company that I will be utilizing and recommending.

Amazing!

This is a great company, they are always willing to help their customers if they have any questions or problems with their order. I bought some hats from them for my boyfriend and I for Christmas and the quality of the product and the customization part is great! I am definitely going to be recommending this site to a lot of people if they want to get cool custom stuff! I love Printful!!!

I enjoy printful

I enjoy printful. It's easy to build your own shop and easy to manage it. My experience is just amazing with them - fast delivery, fast response to the support messages even with the Covid-19 restrictions going on. I enjoy working with them and so far i am far beyond happy to build my own merch on platform like this. Integrations from printful to wordpress is fair and easy if i say so. I trust printful.

Fast shipping and perfect quality

The printing and shipping went really fast! Faster than expected. It was nice to have the opportunity to change the design before they printed it and choose from print and embroidery. I was really scared of how the print would turn out, because my drawing(s) was so detailed. But I was really surprised and excited. You could see every detail and color. I'm mostly going to use this site again!

Initially, I thought that Printful were a great business to sell my prints and clothing without having to purchase loads of stock beforehand. The only issue is that they know I am based in the UK and chose to use there Fast Shipping, low product amount options thinking that it would actually be fast? One of my customers purchased a hoodie which was suddenly created in the US which not only took 6 weeks to arrive but also charged them over £17 in customs tax. I obviously paid it for the ...
