Printful Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Almost a great service but turned into a nightmare instantly.

The product themselves when they arrive are great quality and the app is seriously easy to use. However, delivery times are LONG. The prices shown when uploading your designs don’t include VAT and it doesn’t clearly tell you this, so this resulted in our expected profit margin being more than halved after this was added on. To top it off, we are based in the UK and in a sample of 6 orders placed in 30 mins last night, three were sent to fulfilment in Latvia, one in Spain and two in America, ...

Broken Tool, No QA and Oversight

I have used several of these websites for TSHIRT production. I am familiar with how they work. Well I tried their site out for the most simple of shirts....one logo, simple. When I created the shirt with their tool, it would not allow me to put the logo outside of their printable area - good stuff, good catch. I fixed it, thought I was ok. I use printful to dropship merch to my clients

I use printful to dropship merch to clients and new teammates. As a remote company, I find it's the easiest way to send swag. The quality of the products is great. And global fulfillment centers means I'm not paying a ton in shipping.

Horrible customer service. They take your money and no product sent.

Horrible customer service. They owe me over $500 in merchandise and are unwilling to refund my money. I would never recommend this company.

Trust them to make your customers happy!

This company and their customer service are incredibly response and on top of everything when it comes to fulfillment and issues that can arise with ecommerce/ production. The only reason I knocked one star off is due to lack of variety at times but it's not a major concern when choosing Printful's service.
