The canvases ship VERY quickly
The canvases ship VERY quickly. They arrive within days of placing the order. The pillows and t-shirts take about 1-2 weeks to arrive, but the print quality is top notch on their product offerings.

Service was thoughtful
Service was thoughtful, brilliant and quick:)!! A product delivered to a customer was damaged because of shipping process I guess. Then, I got request of replacement from her. When I asked Printful, they cover all the expenses and made action really fast. I do appreciate their service.

Printful printing services
Had a number of questions regarding process and steps to work with Printful (providing printing services for website customers). Customer service was very clear, direct and comprehensive in his answers and next steps that I should take to complete the process. Quite clear that he understood the business and was not reading from a cheat sheet to answer my questions.

My first time experience with printful
My first time experience with printful was very pleasing, quick shipping and the print out was very professionally done. I love the idea I can select products I am familiar with to use and it printed on. It has help my business a lot with its overhead and will continue working with them.

I'm leaving printful because they don't…
US based: I'm leaving printful because they don't uphold their posted fulfillment times. Orders that state 2-5 days shouldn't be going on double that and they certainly shouldn't be replying that they have no information about them. Don't use backup facilities then that can't communicate properly. Move it to another facility if need be. Editing to update: STILL NO SHIPMENT

gente les ruego que dejen de comprar aqui son unos rateros que solo dan largas y nunca entregan el pedido eee investigado sobre ellos y solo son estafadores pura mentira porfavor dejen de comprarles busquen otro lado mas de 7 meses sin recivir mi pedido les ruego que no hagan tonterias con esta empresa de estafadores
