Product Limit

Without any warning, Printful made it so store owners could only upload two products a day. This may seem fine but when people are paying monthly for Shopify integration, it's a huge time constraint that should have warranted at least an email in advance explaining this would occur. Pretty disappointed with how they handled this.

No thanks!! Printful does not care about customer service. Only about the money!! Orders can take forever and they don't take the blame themselves. They just don't care.

Great backend and integration with ECWID

As a designer entrepreneur I find the backend management of Printful one of the best. And it's integration with ECWID is perfect.

I use Warehouse and Fulfilment services…

I use Warehouse and Fulfilment services and have to say that the setup is easy and straightforward, management and panels are intuitive and efficient. We've setup the Printful and Squarespace integration and pretty much as I'm concerned, once the Shopper pushes the big red Order Now button, everything else will be taken care of and I don't have to bother at all. Highly recommend!

I started using Printful recently, and I was super scared as there is a lot of stuff to know and to understand, but I went through all of them smoohtly. There are a lot of resources to understand how it works, videos, advices and the technical/customer support is very helpful and quick! :)

The best POD company out there!

The best customer service, great quality of products, great communication. If errors happen, they make up for it and solve them quickly! If you're not satisfied with your experience with Printful, chances are that you are just a difficult customer.

BEST COMPANY FOR SMALL BIZ

As a teen small business owner, Printful was the perfect company to fulfill a dream of mine. I love that it’s print-on-demand, since I am young and don’t have money saved up on the side for inventory. Printful is nice because it’s less risky and the staff is incredible!

I ordered a raglan T Shirt Oct 16. It took almost a month to arrive from US to Hong Kong on Nov 11. When it did arrive, the design was completely off-center and crooked. I have no idea how this passed their "quality control" stage, but it is shocking. I made a complaint and reported a problem which they quickly responded to, and offered a refund or to reship the product. I chose to reship the product, which it says it was Reshipped on Nov 14. It is now Dec 1, and the tracking status still ...
