Consistent High Quality & Excellent Service

I've been using Printful.com to sell my art and design work on apparel and products for a few years now. The quality is consistently high, as is the level of customer service. On the very few occasions where there has been an issue with an order, Printful has been swift and helpful in resolving things.

I have used Printful since the begining of this year. My experience with Printful have been wonderful! The customer support team are excellent and the product quality is always top notch. I received great reviews on my store. I highly recommend Printful :)

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Printful for making my clothing line feel so real. This is just a starting point for me and I hope that one day I will have the biggest clothing brand across the world. I really don’t know what I’d be doing if I wasn’t introduced to Printful. I’ve never had so much fun creating my own designs and putting them on clothes. And the best part is that I get to see others wearing my brand and giving me great feedback.

Simply awesome service and products!

Printful is easy to use and the prices and services are spot on. I thought they were missing fishing shirts but realized that the rash guards are fishing/swim shirts so awesome! I can plug in my products from Printful to my Ecwid ecommerce solution and display the products on my website, my facebook page, instagram, amazon and goolge with little effort. Volunteer-based team had a learning curve but working well now

We're an all-volunteer group doing print to order. There was a bit of a learning curve for us - we linked to our existing Wix store so had some issues with items we carry not synching with our Printful items and then that delaying fulfillment. Figured that out luckily. We also are small and from a no sales tax state, so had an issue with Printful collecting sales tax where it was not needed. Figured that out too thanks to customer service. So overall good experience but certainly a learning ...

I started to work with Printful this year. 1- they have a professional Support , they do their best to help u with anything u want . 2- Quality , all customers are happy about products Quality . 3- easy to use , easy to connect to others platforms like Etsy , just upload and submit and u have everything done. Nice to work with u guys

Good Company, terrible customer service.

I had a problem with a shirt with janis joplin artwork on it. However it took two days to get a normal response from customer service. My experience with printful has not been great, and there customer service is not the greatest, however I don't know how good there printing is yet, I will update accordingly. Overall if you have a small business and are starting out and want a company that is responsive and there to help printful is not a good option, but if you don't care about that then ...

Printful Does It Great!!

Printful Does It Great!!! I was up and running on Printful + Etsy within an hour and then selling was almost automatic. The nice thing about Printful as you don't have to worry so much about configurations to get started. I also appreciate the ability to price items in Printful before sending over to the shop and showing the profit! I will continue to use Printful!!!
