This company is amazing in every aspect, especially when it comes to customer srevice they have the best customer service people ever which make printful family so lucky because its the back bone of any business, they are professional, friendly, i bet they're always smiling when dealing with customers :) , patient, knowledgeable they go extra miles for customers and they answer further questions before you even ask it. i wish them all the best. especially christian and kristine.

Avoid, use Gelato as they are much better.

Such a bad experience. Useless customer support who send a bunch of robotic, canned responses and seem completely unwilling to help. Don't package orders sufficently. Unwilling to do anything that hurts their bottom line (shipping things seperately to save customers missing out on Christmas despite ordering well within the estimated date). I could go on.Go use Gelato, much nicer company to deal with who I have now switched all of my POD needs to. Their customer service is top-notch and ...

Once I am through the thick of the holidays I'll be looking to source my products elsewhere. For as much as they charge they don't offer a great customer service experience anymore. I'm giving them one star based off of my most recent experience. If you have an order that seems to be lost or stuck in the USPS system where the tracking shows only the label has been printed and it's been that way for over a week, it's a problem. ***UPDATE*** Since my previous review below, I've had a couple more orders take almost two weeks to even hit the stage where it shows the items are actually being printed (the green tracker thing they use). This was after me reaching out to them almost daily for the last 4-5 days. Once I figure out a source for mugs I'll be pulling out my business completely. Folks, if you can, find a local print shop that can help you print your tees, sweatshirts, etc. That's what I've already done and it ...

Bunch of jokers, definitely don’t recommend

Delivery was expected in 25th of November, got no update until today 11th of December. They sent me an email saying the address is not valid considering I’ve had multiple order using the same address and the rest of the orders came alright.

SCAM
