Printful has excellent print quality (especially their paper prints—very good color saturation, dark blacks), good turnaround time, and super helpful/responsive customer support. The only thing that seems variable is fulfillment time (it can be very quick or take a while, depending on a few different factors), but I'm realistic with my customers and try to be proactive about updating them on their orders, and so far everyone has been very understanding. Esto es una pesadilla , no te dan explicación de nada , te dan largas constantemente , te dicen que mañana llega el pedido y es mentira . Printful was an awesome tool until I began to become busier. They were unable to fulfill a lot of my orders. I began taking on the arduous task of fulfilling them myself. My customers sent me images of crooked and or soiled garments they received from Printful. Someone also complained about the smell of vinegar in one of their shirts. Do not buy from printful

Do not buy from printful. I ordered two sweaters two weeks ago didn't receive any tracking information. I finally contact them through PayPal and dispute the transaction. They cancelled the order. So I waited all that time for nothing what a waste.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, first they lie about fullfillment times and keep on stretching it out. It was supposed to be fullfilled in two weeks what actually took them 2 months. The delivery time also keeps on stretching from a week to a month. Then my package arrives in the netherlands and gets sent back after one day of being at a local mail point. They keep comming up with weak excuses but the fact is you guys take money and fail to fullfill the services that you promised. Never working with ...

I've used Printful for maybe 4 years now and they're the best solution out there by far! So easy to work with, streamlined integrations...the best!

Please don't use this company

Please don't use this company. I've worked with Printful for a year now. When things go to plan, they're fine. Not great, but fine. When things go wrong, they're AWFUL to work with. They are condescending, unhelpful, and rude. They are not problem-solvers and won't work with you to find a solution. Even when it's obvious they've made a mistake, they will not take responsibility. They'll send you a canned response and when you express frustration, they'll say "I'm sorry you feel that way." I ...

Printful has lost their way and doesn't care about their customers

I have had a horrible experience with this company recently, but wanted to share one of the worst to date. My customer ordered a shirt from me which Printful was supposed to fulfill. They printed and shipped the shirt back on November 17th, however, the shirt was completely wrong. Not the correct color, size, or graphic. After going through numerous hoops to prove this was their error they re-printed and re-shipped the shirt on November 27th. It is now December 14th and my order doesn't ...
