PRINTFUL IS GREAT!
I am VERY new to having an online store. I kept putting off the set up due to my lack of technical knowledge. Printful was easy to understand and integrated well with Etsy! Several orders have been placed using Printful and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Easy to use and excellent customer support. Recently we launch a POD business. We connect our shop with printful. Their services are excellent. I got instant help from Printful support. They have an informative resource and guide about POD business. Thank you

Terrible company, services and support.
The first time I contacted support was because one package out of two from a single order was returned. The reason was that the address wasn't correct. But strangely enough the other package (part of the same order) was successfully delivered to the same address.The only solution I was offered was to pay again for the package to be sent a second time. Beyond Terrible
It's as bad as it get. The customer service is atrocious, the products are average quality but shipped very poorly, often smell strongly of chemicals and take weeks to ship. They emailed me to change my negative review to a positive one or they would remove it. They will never ever help you out if you reach out to them.

First time buyer from here and customer service, during their PEAK season, returned my emails super quickly and helped me through all of my silly questions and problems! Highly recommend Printful for their amazing customer service. If the quality of the goods are as good as their customer service, I am in for a real treat!
