I love the selection of items they custom print! And the ability to see the design on the product as worn on a person is a wonderful feature of this company's page. And it's very affordable too. The customer staff is pretty awesome too. When I told them in several emails asking for updates, that I was excited to wear my items, they bumped my order to the "front of production"!!!!

Being an executive in Las Vegas, the service industry is of the utmost importance. I will say, the care, timing, detail, and help that the Printful customer service provides is second to none. I can only hope that all of my employees interact even half as well with my guests as the Printful team does with me. Thanks all!

Something is Off

I ordered a t shirt with a round unit logo on the left breast pocket. When the shirt arrived the shape of the unit logo was warped and shaped like an egg when they printed it. Simple problem, right? Not with printful. For example, imagine receiving printing a t shirt with the Great Seal of the U.S. as a warped egg shape, its not right and looks way off. Anyways, thats basically how they printed it. I feel that they may have stretched it too much in the wrong direction on the t shirt ...

Order not arrived.

Placed a small order at beginning of December, still not arrived. Tracking information is useless as it only tracks in the country of origin, which is Latvia. Customer support just keeps saying "Covid....Christmas......". From what I can see on the site you cant get refunds if goods do not turn up. Thanks for ruining my partner's Christmas present. Will never use again.

Terrible company. Will never order from them again.

I ordered shirts for our clients as Christmas presents. They were light grey shirts and a big piece of the design they were printing was a dark grey. They printed a grey that is the exact same color of the shirt. You can't even see half of the design. Clearly a massive difference from the mock up and the shirts I received. When I contacted their support they said "this is the expected outcome" and that the product will usually be slightly different than printed product. I owned a printing ...

Good price - simple to use website and timely delivery. I was extremely pleased with the product and would definitely use this supplier again.
