Decent quality products, subpar customer service
Printful makes good quality products but that’s their only redeeming quality. I 100% agree with other comments that say they are so difficult to work with when they make a mistake. Their customer service team is very bad at taking accountability for errors and some of them are quite arrogant in their responses. In my experience using Printful for 3 years, they are a fine option when you’re just starting out and have a few orders here and there, but they are not a good option for long term ...

Very slow delivery
Very slow! I lost a few customers during the holidays. Even when you spend extra money to expedite they are still not able to get items out on time. I will use them as my last resort. My brand has suffered due to their poor business model.

Mi opinión es bastante mala, porque todo pinta muy bonito en su web, pero una vez que pagas tardan muchÍsimo tiempo en imprimir tus diseños. También tienen una web de seguimiento de pedidos que está obsoleta y no arroja ninguna información útil sobre el tracking del paquete. Es muy decepcionante pensar que esta es la marca más recomendada en internet para hacer Print On Demand. Mi pedido fue hecho hace MES Y MEDIO y todavía no lo he recibido.
