Trying to work out how a business can…
Trying to work out how a business can make $$$ from pPintful, I created a Xmas coffee mug, it ended up being $19.50 I pay, then I am to add my profit on top plus shipping, so a $30 mug? this a joke? I wouldn't even pay that for a mug, specially when you go into kmart and see similar ones for $7? I only tried this, as I seen a video from a lady on insta, that said she made a fortune out of decorative mugs, but only paid $5 for them, whilst Printful, wat $19.50 plus shipping for one? nah ...

The best
Ordering from Printful was super easy from creating mockups to ordering the actually products. Their mock-up generators are absolutely perfect and the overall quality of their products are top notch with vivid colors, clean details and no discoloration. The order was also delivered in about 10 days from the time I placed it which exceeded my expectations given it was peak holiday season combined with COVID-19. Low quality print
I waited a long time for my custom hoodie to arrive.. and the quality of the print is just not good. The colors are not vibrant at all, and it feels like you could just scratch the print off. The hoodie itself is okay. I had high hopes because of the good reviews on the website/item.. overall disappointing experience.

I ordered a T-Shirt on the 25th…
I ordered a T-Shirt on the 25th November and was given an estimated date range of 4-7th December (this was a Christmas gift and was well within the guidelines of what Printful could achieve with posting deadlines for Christmas. It's now 28th December no sign of an update on my tracking and i've been told to wait 20 business days to see if it turns up after my expected date. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Company deletes low rated reviews ! AVOID
I signed up with high hopes for my Etsy store but have yet to have a good experience. First issue was when I wrote a couple of reviews of the quality of their products on their website - I quickly received an email to politely tell me that they were REMOVING the negative reviews of the products as they felt it did not reflect the products overall feel......I'm sorry but I am the consumer, I am telling YOU that YOUR product is NOT up to scratch and yet you are DELETING VALID REVIEWS from ...

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. We shipped a package with them on the 2ND OF DECEMBER so our customers could have their gifts in time for Christmas. It is now the 26th and no update. We have lost a lot of business from this and they refuse to give us a refund, despite THEIR deadlines telling us the package should've arrived by the 22nd FOR THE LATEST! After these packages arrive (if they EVER do) we will not be touching this company again. Do not recommend
