My first time selling. I ran into problems. I contacted Printful support to help me. They did a fantastic job getting back to me in a timely manner. They also send me the steps to take to solve the problem. I would recommend them to any one who needs help.

Great experience with Printful

Great experience with Printful! I have had two of my digital artworks printed, one as a gift and one for myself. My recipient was thrilled with his poster print and the quality was outstanding. I was very happy with the print quality as well. Thank you!

Bad Customer Support

Went to talk to someone on Live chat in support and you gave me the dumbest person. The guy was named "Israel O" Worst support person I have ever seen so I left the chat and got in another chat this time with a different person that got my problem solved in 5mins. Never buying anything here again and I wont recommend it to anyone ever!

Very slow

Very slow, taking 2 and a half weeks just to ship an item out; at this point might as well dropship from China. Better printing companies are out there, not this one, not anymore.

Great for a hobby, not for business

Great for a hobby, but if you’re trying to actually run a business and make some money, look elsewhere. Late orders are the only real problem but it’s a huge problem and they just don’t want to fix the issue. They know it costs their customers bad reviews and refunds but it’s been years of late orders for me and still, as I write this, I have orders that have not been dispatched to a customer after they were ordered a whole month ago. The fulfilment estimate when the order was placed was 7 ...

Luis, is amazing! Was such a help during the peak season all emails were answered quickly actioned with out needed follow up and ultimate customer satisfaction.

Excellent Experience So Far

I am just starting a new business and my Printful experience was excellent compared to another company I attempted to work with. The Printful website is intuitive, easy to navigate once you figure out the process. Online information is easy to access. The customer service chat I engaged in was helpful and solved my problem immediately. I was able to get up and rolling in a few days!

They used to be much better

It’s not always reliableOne of my customers purchased a mug on December 20. It’s now January 9th and the order is still in the fulfillment process. Printful is great to deal with - and very helpful customer service.

I cannot praise the services of Printful enough. I like how postage prices are more upfront and not somewhat a guessing game. Estimated delivery timeframes are given too - which is awesome; and very handy to be able to let customers know of an approximate timeframe to expect their orders. Customer Service is also very pleasant and helpful. I will be utilising Printful's services for all my product requirements. Thankyou Printful!
