Errors acknowledged and rectified promptly!

My order was delivered promptly, despite the Christmas rush. However, 2 of the 4 t-shirts had some slight bleed in the printing process. I sent an email with attachments to demonstrate the fault. Customer service responded promptly and offered to send 2 new t-shirts. These arrived more quickly than the first delivery and Christmas was right on top of us! Amazing service! Thanks Printful.

So far I have had a very positive experience utilizling Printful's POD services. My customers have been extremely pleased with the quality of products received thus far and the platform is very easy to use for an e-commerce beginner!

They don't care about you

A few things to justify this review - We are spending 35k on Printful every month, - They give you estimated delivery dates, but for international orders, these "estimates" are 100% worthless as they make you wait 20 business days until the agree to reship the order. That's actually one more month. Good luck asking your customers to wait for an additional month without making them angry. I'm a happy camper with Printful

I'm happy with the products I've received from Printful! The design interface is easy to use and there are a ton of videos that have helped me when I ran into questions. The sample products arrived sufficiently packed and in durable shipping material (something I can't say about my experience with other print on demand companies). I am looking forward to using Printful for my business needs.

Terrible company

Terrible company, rude support (actually they don't support you at all, I only get copy-paste replies all the time) I shipped lots of orders via Printful, yet it's been one month and they did not reach my customers. The worse thing is, the tracking codes are not even appearing in the courier's systems. This is very bad for my relationship with my customers. Shipped wrong shirt size, treated like crap

I signed up for a business account, wanted to see a sample shirt so I ordered one in Large. The website bugged out and shipped me an XS. When I asked to exchange or get a new one shipped out they had a customer service rep who seemed like they were in a different country respond back, and say it was my fault and nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible etiquette and customer service policies. I will never use this company's business services and highly recommend you look elsewhere.

We encountered some printing quality…

We encountered some printing quality issues with a particular design that used a dark shirt with dark font. We had a difficult time dealing with multiple agents and getting different/inconsistent responses. We had our ticket/issue escalated multiple times and finally was connected with Michael D!!! Bought this shirt for my sister!

I bought this shirt for my sister for Christmas with a design on it specifically for her. The design was exactly the way I designed it and the colors matched up perfectly. This shirt is very soft and well put together. Thanks, Printful.
