Using Printful with woocommerce has made it very easy for me to integrate with my website. Whenever I had issues or questions Printful was very helpful and prompt.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande..

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande... Après avoir reçu des messages du support me prévenant que ma commande allait avoir du retard je finis par ne jamais la recevoir et le support m'explique que ce n'est pas dans leurs conditions générales de vente de gérer cela. J'ai donc payé pour ne rien recevoir.... Je déconseille fortement

A month of WORTH wait :D

Took more than I expected to get the product for my customer, but it arrived well and in good conditions. I placed the order on December 14th and it came to my mailbox on January 19th so I can assure now it takes a month. Otherwise, customer service really kept in touch when I asked about this delay, and the product designing app is reaaaaally nefty :3

Wait 20 MORE BUSINESS DAYS

I ordered 1 T-shirt and I have been waiting over 3 days for it. I got in contact with them and they said to give them another 20 BUSINESS DAYS! That is unacceptable. I am completely and utterly disappointed as I thought this would have been the best website to use to grow my business but clearly not.

Excellent communication service

Excellent communication service. There was an issue with my embroidery file and Printful was able to help in a timely matter. Really appreciate their help. Also, the YouTube channel and blog has been a great help when it comes to marketing products.

Printful Rocks!

I have recently had an issue with one product that been sent to one of my customers in Greece and I contacted the Support Team of Printful. I literally have no words to say about the guys, their team is very responsive and in no time they solved the issue by offering a refund or reshipment. I chose the reshipment option and in seconds the reshipment procedure started. Toujours une mauvaise expérience

Mauvaise expérience, j'ai eu une première commande le 10 novembre 2020. Le 16/01/21 elle n'est toujours pas arrivée. Le service client vraiment, super cool..pédale dans la semoule. Bad Customer Support

Went to talk to someone on Live chat in support and you gave me the dumbest person. The guy was named "Israel O" Worst support person I have ever seen so I left the chat and got in another chat this time with a different person that got my problem solved in 5mins. Never buying anything here again and I wont recommend it to anyone ever!
