I have mixed feelings about Printful…

I have mixed feelings about Printful but let's start off with the good. - Their customer service is amazing. Every time I have an issue, they answer my questions and try to resolve the problem quickly. Sometimes they would re-send the product again to me of no charge, or offer a refund. I think respect goes both ways: If you talk and ask them nicely, they will be nice. They are people too, so don't expect to be rude to them because of a messed up order. Very good, But it can get better

Printful is an excellent website but the price’s is little too high in my opinion, that’s why it has 4/5 stars instead of 5. But the service is great they are very glad to help you with any problem and it just goes very smoothly, they are fast to response and they know exactly what they are doing, so your problem gets fixed in no time. I'd recommend using Printful as your POD service

I have had a really good experience with Printful so far. I started using them a few years ago but my clothing brand did not pick up for me until mid-2020 while shipping delays were at their peak. Printful's customer service did a great job keeping me updating on orders. I'd recommend using Printful as your POD service. Cheers!

I have been using Printful for my new print on demand service. It sounded too good to be true and was nervous on the actual quality so I brought a couple of samples to see it for myself in person and to say I was shocked is an understatement.
