Great, Easy Service

This is a great site for getting merchandise to our audience without overhead. Their work is very professional and easy-to-use. I am looking forward to the many other options of merchandise that they will be offering in the future. It just makes good business sense.

Waiting over a month for first order

We read the great reviews and fully intended on using Printful as our primary printer for our D2C e-commerce business, but our very first order has taken about a month to deliver. Their customer service doesn’t provide any helpful guidance and only projects even longer delivery times. This is has truly been a disappointing first experience.

Been working with printful for a few years now. Outstanding customer service and they always make a strong effort to get my products out even through the pandemic. I am a happy loyal customer

Great option for POD provider!

I started a POD website in October and have been using Printful since. They have been great at responding to support questions through chat and helped make sure my store was running smoothly. I have been very happy with the quality of the prints and products that have come from Printful and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable POD provider.

Hice un pedido de 3 sudaderas las cuales me han tardado muchísimo tiempo en venir y encima, cuando por fin las he recibido hoy, me he llevado una decepción tremenda. La calidad del tejido no es buena pero diría que aceptable, sin embargo la estampación es de pena, nada más coger una, el diseño ha empezado a caerse a trocitos, por lo que ya se ven huequecitos en la sudadera. No volveré a usar esta página nunca más.

Ordered a hoodie and seam is already coming loose after 1 wash... graphics also not how they look in the picture. Such a shame because I love the interface they offer with squarespace for my business

I’ve had a great experience with Printful. The site is easy to use and create designs on. The clothing is quality and comfy as well! I like to order my samples so I can know the product I’m selling am I’ve been pleased.
