Great customer service from Printful
I recently ordered some sample t-shirts and was overall very satisfied with the results, but some of the detail was missing in one image. I suspected it was my graphics, so I did not think to report it as a printing issue. But I happened to mention in my product review that I was planning to improve my graphics and try again. Horrible quality - Nightmarish customer service.
I had a hoodie made that was supposed to feature my album art. I uploaded a high dpi picture and it looked great... on their website. The print itself was terrible. The large block lettering was illegible. The colors muted and faded. I am not satisfied at all and no one would be. There is no easy way to get a refund or replacement. I cannot recommend this 'service' to anyone. It's not even the cheapest service. I don't get it. Don't believe the replies from the company. There is much ...
