We haven't had any issues yet using Printful, which is rare these days. You would be hard pressed to find many faults with this company and we'll continue to be happy with the service they provide!

Waiting over a month for first order
We read the great reviews and fully intended on using Printful as our primary printer for our D2C e-commerce business, but our very first order has taken about a month to deliver. Their customer service doesn’t provide any helpful guidance and only projects even longer delivery times. This is has truly been a disappointing first experience.

US Orders Being Produced in Mexico and Taking 2-3 Weeks to Arrive
My California orders are being produced in Mexico, even though I chose garments that specifically offer fulfillment in the US, and after my Etsy integration with Printful is actively telling every one of my customers that their orders are being produced in the US. Behind the scenes, Printful estimates that orders will take 3-4 biz days to arrive to the customer. Orders are taking 2 weeks in transit from Mexico to the US. My package got sent back even with the correct address. I ordered them far in advance, but I am now losing my down payment on my photography location due to the package not arriving on time. I have not received any help, and just want to speak to someone on the phone.
