I have lost over 300$ refunding my Amazon clients because of the delays made by a Carrier they work with. I have asked them to ship my orders from another location they said they can't. I expanded my delivery time to 25 days and nothing has changed I keep getting messages from my client saying they did not receive their orders after 40 days.When I contact the support they all have the same script, Please wait 20 days more.

For the most part, they are the most cost efficient company to work with. Most of the time, their price point is lower than their competitors. Any issues I've had with orders were quickly and efficiently resolved. I have told several people in the field about Printful and they, too, are pleased with their service.
