Very Happy w/ this company :)
My brand Esctacy Artistry has just dropped. It's extremely new amd working with Printful has made my entire start go so smoothly. Not only did they have a super easy to use site in general, their shipping process was easy to follow as well. My customer was happy with the quality of his product which made me feel even better about using this company for printing my designs. Expensive sweatshirts look terrible after 2 months
I ordered a bunch of sweatshirts and t's for friends over the holidays. By February, the ink on the sweatshirts had come off of 3 of sweatshirts I ordered - which cost me about $50 each once shipping and handling is added. Printful won't reimburse or send new products because it's outside their 30 day return policy. I understand their policy but their printing is CRAP and pricing is outrageous for something after a couple months looks terrible! I'm embarrassed I gave these as gifts.

Buona qualità ma prezzi alti se si vuole essere competitivi. Oggi le spedizioni arrivano in circa 3-4 settimane, essendoci amazon come riferimento i clienti non saranno mai felici.

I have lost over 300$ refunding my…
I have lost over 300$ refunding my Amazon clients because of the delays made by a Carrier they work with. I have asked them to ship my orders from another location they said they can't. I expanded my delivery time to 25 days and nothing has changed I keep getting messages from my client saying they did not receive their orders after 40 days.When I contact the support they all have the same script, Please wait 20 days more.
