Can’t say enough about my experience with Printful. They transferred my original artwork onto tote bags/backpacks and they are perfect. Colors are vibrant and quality of bags fabulous. Great job, thank you.

Very easy service to use

Very easy service to use! The interface and way you upload and design your products are super easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fast I got the product. Also, I ordered a big size coffee mug (15oz) and it is the perfect size mug!

I hired Printful's Store Setup team to enter product pages and edit the pricing and shipping for 600+ designs on two of my shopify stores. The team did a fabulous job of getting the pages together and live for ads in a timely manner with as much accuracy as could be done for the scope of the project. Hands down the worst print on demand…

Hands down the worst print on demand support. Support agents are arrogant and send you down rabbit holes copy pasting links from the FAQ's treating you like an idiot and making excuses for their lack of professionalism, if you want to run a serious business dont depend on them. They have no clue where their international orders are, what to do, or how to talk to their customers even... I am learning how to work Printful network. All beginnings are challenging and often rewarding or why do them? The leggings are high quality and well sown. As a professional textile artist having studied under a Master Batik artist in Java, Indonesia, I am particular about the fine color prints. And Printful capris and leggings are good product. Quality Control!!!

I'm opening a new store under a different niche. This will be my 2nd store using Printful. I love them, however, they really need to up their QC. I ordered a sample and the design was completely crooked/slanted. They resolved the issue same day and a reshipment was issued. If something is visibly off, please don't be lazy and just push it forward. Reprint it. Their QC needs to treat each print with care. What if a customer or high end influencer received that? My business would be dead ...
