Printful...great customer service!

Printful has some of the best customer service reps ever! In the past month or so I had the pleasure of communicating with Printful's staff on an issue that I had with a shirt that I ordered for my wife. The print on the shirt was excellent however there were a couple of noticeable stains on the shirt. Their team was very helpful in giving me some tips and suggestions as to what I could do to remove the stains. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so they ended up sending me a replacement shirt ...

I recently lost my debit card and…

I recently lost my debit card and forgot to update my information which ended up with 2 failed transactions. I contacted printful and talked with Ronald V. He was able to help me within minutes to get everything updated and get my orders to fulfillment. I have only had to use customer service 2 times but both times they were so helpful.

Happily surprised

I just orderedmy first products from Printful, a mug and a t-shirt. I have worked in the garment printing industry previously, and was ready to scrutinize Printful's products into the ground, but when I opened the boxes up, the quality was amazing! They reproduced my artwork wonderfully! The shirt was awesome, the mug was fantastic! My only wish is that the mugs could print full size, top to bottom edges of the mug. But I still loved it! They are now up for sale in my shop.

The best option for print on demand

Printful is an excellent company to work with. Their products are of incredible quality and printing. They offer a varied product catalog. What I value the most is the ease of the platform, the educational content, and the customer service is amazing.

Very easy service to use

Very easy service to use! The interface and way you upload and design your products are super easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fast I got the product. Also, I ordered a big size coffee mug (15oz) and it is the perfect size mug!

Fabulous job.

Can’t say enough about my experience with Printful. They transferred my original artwork onto tote bags/backpacks and they are perfect. Colors are vibrant and quality of bags fabulous. Great job, thank you.
