Don't bother

Don't bother! Printful lacks Quality Assurance. multiple items shipped with crooked logos, uncentered artwork and poor craftsmanship. After reaching out to their team, with photos and descriptions of what was wrong, I was met with a return email asking for very specific photos with very specific lighting. We cut our losses and took our store down. NOW, if they only held themselves to the high standards that they hold their customers, they would be great.

The worst company ever hands down!!

The worst company ever. I ordered some products and they weren't delivered to my house although they said delivered. I contacted USPS and complained about it. I have a front porch camera so NOBODY came to deliver the packaged. (Package was not stolen, it wasn't not delivered here period) Prinful asked me for proof of USPS, so I had to go and ask for an email so they could send the order again. (we are talking about a $50 order) I finally got the USPS email stating all the information and ...

Brilliant products

Brilliant products to be personally customised for a business. Only downfall is the limited amount of product variation available in the EU. Would also like some mens underwear to be able to add to my site with the brand name on the top elastic banding of the underwear, as the current selection doesn't allow this.

I'm pretty pleased with the service…

I'm pretty pleased with the service y'all provide. Hoping in the future delivery times could be quicker. That's a complaint, and in terms of hat designs widen the specifications, add more colors for design options and add some more Snapbacks. All in all i love the Printful.

Horrible Customer Service. They don’t even try to care.

Issue with one of three shirts on first test order. Mock up looked nice, final result was impossible to read. When contacting support, they quote policy and blame the customer for not reading the fine print. No empathy, no compassion, nothing to even attempt to make it better or make it right. Will never order from them again.

I wrote about this to Printful and I got immediate answer from customer care team with offered solutions. The solution was agreed super fast and attitude from team was really good. Amazing UI & Customer Service - 10 Stars

I have been working with Printful for almost 5 months now, and I am loving it. By far they have had the best customer service of any company I've worked with. Their interface is awesome, it's been very easy to set up my eCommerce site, and I am getting ready to set up the second store. I'm hesitant to share this review because I don't want too many people to find out my secret... But they deserve all 5 stars and likely many more. Thank you!

I have been working with Printful for a few years now, to fulfil my original artwork and designs on specific clothing and accessory products. I have repeatedly been astounded by the quality of every sample order I've purchased.
