Huge charges in order to collect the goods in the UK

I have to admit product quality is great but we when designing and selling hats for charity, Great Ormond Street we were wrongfully stung with a huge charge when they reached the UK - an extra £140 of charges for just 50 hats. This would have been fine had we known these charges were in place - we wouldn't have ordered them as it would have made the cost price too high for us to make little to no money for charity. Would not recommend this site to anyone

My company ordered about 300+ shirts from Printful with pretty simple designs on them (2-3 words on the front and a logo on the back with 2 colors). When they were shipped here to the US, They kept getting stuck in customs while coming from overseas. We received the t-shirts about 3 weeks late and had to pay about $70 in customs fees to FedEx. I recently lost my debit card and…

I recently lost my debit card and forgot to update my information which ended up with 2 failed transactions. I contacted printful and talked with Ronald V. He was able to help me within minutes to get everything updated and get my orders to fulfillment. I have only had to use customer service 2 times but both times they were so helpful.

Printful has some of the best customer service reps ever! In the past month or so I had the pleasure of communicating with Printful's staff on an issue that I had with a shirt that I ordered for my wife. The print on the shirt was excellent however there were a couple of noticeable stains on the shirt.
