Printful gets the job done and they get it done well
Printful is decent. Their platform is straightforward. There is a learning curve in understanding the software, but it is very small. If your team has an understanding of other design software then theirs won't be difficult to use. I appreciate how upfront they are with costs (product, shipping, etc.) and fulfillment and shipping time. We haven't encountered any hidden fees which is really good. Printful are Liars!
What a joke this place is, I chose items that were "from the UK" to receive a letter asking for an extra £113.98 on my order because it was sent from Latvia, I don't know but i'm sure that isn't the UK, avoide this company if you don't like false information and high hidden charges

I had an order that wouldn't track

Awesome customer support!
Customer support was great! Their team really took the effort to look into a concern I had with a custom mug that I had ordered. It really was more of an issue with what my expectations were (and my lack of experience with custom mugs!), and once that was clarified, I was satisfied enough to order a second mug from them!

happy customer, great service
family member bought from printful, didn’t come for ages, reached out, sent a replacement, both came. The product: a hoodie, SHE WEARS IT ALL THE TIME NON STOP. It’s her favourite hoodie and i asked why she said comfy, nice design, good.

My experience with Printful has been very impressive
My experience with Printful has been great. The t-shirts that I have ordered is of great quality and very impressive. As a customer, it feels great to know that I can order and item an be pleased before I even receive it. This is one of the best experience when it comes to receiving great t-shirts with the best designs!!!

HORRIBLE customer service
Printful has HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT purchase from them. They will mess up shipping an order and take no responsibility for it whatsoever. They won't even call. Horrible customer service - take your business elsewhere
