Printful Setup Rocks!
I chose Printful because I liked the variety of products available and also the enormous amount of guidance that was available through tutorials and virtual events. Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE!
Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE! They take NO ACCOUNTABILITY! They copy and paste useless links from their website in any attempt to make it seem like you did something wrong - even when it doesn't correspond to the problem you are having! The whole team needs to be fired and re-hired! There is no technical help whatsoever. **** Edit **** if you read their reply below, you will see exactly what I mean - it doesn't even address what I said in my review!

Simple to use and consumer support very helpful
Printful has lot of good points : reactivity and very helpful consumer support, lot of product choice, very simple to use with Shopify and all is very clear to understand. If you have any problem with an order or a question, they will help in the best possible way. Just a problem for the number of sample orders, and the price of products : a little bit too expansive to be resold to others. You have to put a very up price to earn a good margin to cover all other fees. So, good way to start ...
