Top-notch Service
I contact customer service to find out why the background was showing on my products when I had them removed using the Pro subscription. Ruta was very helpful in the way she explained things to me and she followed up when I had additional questions. The service was top-notch.

Custom charges we wernt made aware of
Ordered lots of hoodies, and never received them, only to find out 10 days after they had been held at the local depot and we now have to pay £175 in customs charges, which printful refuse to cover even a penny of, despite the fact that we weren’t made aware from printful that we would have to pay! Were are a small business and really cant afford to be paying this!

Artwork Features a Step Ahead
There is a great feature I just discovered which is huge for my designs. You can have your artwork made in a repeating pattern. So for all-over pattern design (in the case of what they call "seamless") you can make that pattern repeat. You can also change the size of the image so you can go from - for example - tiny little dots all over to giant polka dots all over. This is a feature the competitors do not have. It allows you to do amazing things with just one good seamless graphic. I'm hooked!

Was disappointed with a hoodie that this company did and customer service tried in a round about way blame me for the error and make excuses for my design coming out smaller than what I selected. all of my customers orders who don't know each other, living in different states were printed correctly. Printful customer service tried to make excuses for the design coming out 3 inches smaller. I did receive a "COURTESY CREDIT" but I was told by customer service I was just lucky that my other ...

Dropping to the pressures of the socialist left Printful ceased doing business with the 'FREE Kyle Rittenhouse campaign', set up by the parents of Kyle Rittenhouse, a young man that shot 2 armed men in self defense. They have become just another branch of the cancel culture promoted by the socialist left and Joe Biden. Time to cancel doing business with any commercial entity that bows to these Communist tactics.
