Great User- and Developer Experience!
I'm using Printful for an Artist Merchandise Store and I'm very satisfied at this point. The product quality has a slight edge over the competition and the support is very friendly too! Their API is also well documented if you're looking to develop your own solutions. If you're integrating with Shopify or Etsy they offer an easy to use backend, mockup generator and much more that makes setting up your new store a breeze. No issues until now, thanks for your service!

What do you like best about Printful? We've used Printful for about 4 months now and they have been fantastic. The 2 things I love are the value they offer and the customer service. We sell posters of my grandmother's photographic artwork (Eve Arnold). The paper quality is as good as many photographers use for high-quality photographic prints but at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else I've found. I personally found it better than printing because of the quality of their products, how fast everything is produced, and the confidence my customers are showing in my products. I recommended it to everyone that asked how I started my business. It's going great!

Goods Ordered, Not Delivered.
The Prinful website was easy to use to create my custom design. The order updates I received were great and on the whole, I was initially impressed with the company. However, a great online experience does not alter the facts - the goods were shipped using FedEx and have not arrived. I contacted Printful who was very polite and professional but did not resolve the problem. They insist I contact their nominated courier, they can provide no signature or photographic evidence as proof of ...
