Superior Customer Service
When I had a problem the customer support was there 100%. I was new to Printful and they explained everything and issue was resolved.

Great print quality and great products
Great print quality and great products. I've worked almost entirely with their all over prints, and they've been really nice and well priced. Much better than the stuff I've ordered from Printify, which is cheaper but is also visibly cheaper.

Printful is dishonest and scams small…
Printful is dishonest and scams small businesses. They have a great catalogue, but they over charge you and their customer service doesn't help at all. Also out of stock on everything with delayed orders.

My Experience in First Couple Months of Printful
Since joined, I have had an issue 1 out of 3 orders.. From printing issues (sometimes screen-printing is applied sloppily), I have had a shirt arrive with stains, I have had digitization issues that required using customer support several times to figure out. Some orders have been charged duties while some not. The amount of issues and lack of control over them make traditional inventory buying alluring vs print on demand.
