Excellent experience after a rough time with a competitor
We've had a wonderful experience with Printful so far. We had been trying to get information from a competitor (Printify) via email, had a sales call, and then 10+ days went by and we never heard back after repeated pings. We still haven't heard back actually. Printful has been extremely easy to use and very quick and cost-effective. Though Printify cost us weeks with no results, I was able to self-serve use Printful and have our first poster ordered and ready for shipping in just a few ...

I've been excited to receive the hoodie…
I've been excited to receive the hoodie I ordered since I hit the buy button! When I opened the package and tried it on, I was not disappointed. I am 5'7.5'' and 185lbs and probably should have ordered a medium. But the large fits well and looks great on me. The design and colors came out better than expected. Also stitch quality is my immaculate!

Unfortunately they don't cover the…
Unfortunately they don't cover the costs for reshipments when the original was marked as "delivered" even though the customer didn't receive it. Also the price are now to high, especially with VAT so it's impossible to run a dropshipping business with them. Fortunately I've found a couple other suppliers that cover costs of reshipments and reprints and are much cheaper. Will not be using them anymore.

I been using Printful for a year now…
I been using Printful for a year now with my Etsy store, delivery is alright, they fullfill and send the orders fast, no customer complaints, customers are happy with the quality, so I'm happy with them. Customer service is very good, if I have a problem or concern its good I can reach Printful customer service for help. Thanks for your service, keep it up! 🙂👍

It looks like a very incompetent company. EU Vat validation is somehow a manual process with them where I need to upload a "certificate"? something that just is not needed in Europe (I uploaded the pdf of all my company information from the belgian KBO (official info) but it was not enough for them). Litteraly never ever have I had to use some other kind of legal document to prove my VAT details, this is public information to business in europe and works automatic EVERYWHERE except at ...
