Amazing service and product

Used printful to order custom matching swimsuit as part of my teams dodgeball uniform. The process of creating an account, uploading the design and putting in an order was so easy! They arrived well before the expected delivery date and the quality is AMAZING! The swimsuit material is super soft, thick and stretchy in all the right ways. Genuinely couldn’t recommend more!

Decent option for new artists, not a good long term option

If you’re using Printful to sell artwork, it is a decent option for new businesses. The print quality is better than a lot of other dropshippers, and the website interface is very easy to use. After using Printful for several years, and processing thousands of orders through Printful, I came to see it’s not a good option long term. They frequently misprint orders, and I only was able to get a refund/replacement if my customer had a measuring tool which they often didn’t. So I lost a lot of ...

So close to being perfect...

I wanted to start selling my photographic prints on my website and so, I found Printful. My first order, a framed print arrived damage. I know this was courrier issue (FedEx). However, the damage the easily preventable if Printful took more time and care in packaging the product. Four cardboard edge pieces and a single sheet of lightweight wadding would not suffice the journey from Spain to England. I am glad this was a test order and not a customer order. Zero complaints

I ordered an embroidered hat with a small business logo. I looked at the pricing and reviews of so many websites. I finally chose Printful since I could actually order a single item, unlike many websites with a minimum order of 5+, and I could not be happier. I like that they had many hat options and that their website made it easy to place my own logo. The quality of the hat is good and so is the stitching. I have zero complaints.

I linked Printful to my Ecwid/Wordpress store. I created a few designs, added my designs to various apparel, and added them all to my store. It was so super quick and easy!! I ordered a product for myself and I am glad I did. I needed to change the coloring for dark colored apparel. The shirt was made with great quality, and I liked how my design looked on the shirt. I highly recommend Printful!

Has gone downhill :(

When I shipped through Printful a few years ago, they were great. Quality-wise AND customer service was super sweet. Now, returning years later, it completely blows. Huge quality issues with products and invalidating customer service reps who completely deny reality and are hostile. Such a bummer.

Very professional customer service!

I had an issue with a product being broken in shipping and reported it and the Printful customer service was not only very professional and polite but they took care of the issue within 20 minutes! I was very happy and felt treated respectfully and again, QUICKLY! 5 stars.

Printful is Delightful

Design on shirt was pleasently suprising. I didn't expect it to come out so well because I messed up on how I wanted it to look on the mockup. Still looks nice. Print quality is excellent. I like using the mockup generator because of the different selections. I can choose to place a design on the shirt sleeve, back of shirt, or as many places as I want. Plus, I can easily upload another design. It doesn't have to be just 1 design uploaded for your item.
