Great Experience

I have ordered one of my t-shirts, the colors are as they have be. The material is very good and the delivery very fast. I am new on Printful, but I didn't have any problem to connect my Etsy shop. I am quite happy about everything!

Easy to make custom mugs

I found it very easy to make very unique mugs for my group's accomplishments. I wanted to have text, pictures, and logos on both sides of the mugs. This was very easy to do on this website! The mugs arrived as promised in a safe package! No breakage at all. I will definitely use Printful.com again.

Online Merch shops are new for me…

Printful - Customer Service as Good as Prints

There was a complication in the shipment process that was not the fault of Printful. However, Printful took responsibility anyway and fixed the problem in a very timely manner, at no extra cost to me, the end-user. I am very impressed by Printful's handling of this situation, and they also gave me a detailed list of policies concerning the handling of situations like this for the custom clothing online marketplace. printful is good so far

We have been using printful for personal items & to sale merch on our website. No real complaints other than lack of estimates on profit and shipping but thats is on my part. I dont like when customers do returns and expect a correction size, but being able to have the returned item shipped to me at only a shipping cost to sale or re-gift is kinda cool but lose money on correcting that order.

Excellent service, easy to use and so much help along the way. I've just started my online t-shirt business and after reading the reviews, Printful was the only choice for me. The website is intuitive, easy and has everything you need to get started. At present, shipments come from abroad but they are looking to set up fulfilment in the UK which will massively help and cut down delivery time and cost.
