VERY slow international shipping times
VERY slow international shipping times! Causing lots of complains from my customers which is affecting my business negatively. Shipping rates are not cheap. For such rates the delivery is extremely slow. Very disappointing!! Customers would expect faster delivery nowadays. We should be competing with Amazon Prime! It takes ages for a product to be delivered via Printful. I contacted customer support about this issue but it does not seem like they will do anything about it. I am talking ...

So far so good
So far so good. Pretty impressed by the Wix integration to be honest. It's seamless and really simple to set-up. Would like to see Stubby holders (Beer coolers) included for customisation.

Great Customer Service
I have been using Printful for 1 year now and have been very happy with the customer service. I have had a few things damaged in transit and they have been quick to respond and send a new print out right away. I love Printful and it has really helped my business grow in profit!

GREAT customer service!
I was having a hard time today trying to post my design to a contest at Printful. I reached out to customer service and Emils A. did a great job to walk me thru what I had to do to make things work. I was surprise there was even a follow up, you do not get many of those online. I will give Emils A. a 5 stars review any time!

What do you like best about Printful? Printful is very easy to use even if you are new to the print-on-demand business. I was able to set up - connect my store and sync my products in a matter of an hour.
