Terrible customer service. Took more money than advertised.
Sadly, I am here writing a terrible review of Printful and most importantly the experience I have had with the customer support team. - I was charged £18.25 for a product I sold on Etsy through printful. The item was a sweater. The cost of this item that is displayed on their website is actually set at £15.24. This is embroidered. I know this because I have sold this sweater multiple times before and have always been charged this £15.24 amount by Printful. I inquired as to why I was ...

The ultimate DIY apparel service
I have been using DIY t-shirt builders since they came out. Printful is the answer to everything that was wrong with previous solutions. I've never used a fulfillment service that connected so seamlessly to other apps and eliminated my need to be the middleman in the transaction process. I can upload my designs and within minutes have a complete store ready to go and not need to lift a finger to take and fulfill orders. The items are top quality and new options are added all the time. I ...

Worst International Shipping
They offer the worst international shipping services. I'm losing customers because the orders take more than a month to be delivered (after fulfilment). However, other companies offer fast and efficient international delivery, they deliver within a week not a month! This has been a major issue to our business, when we communicate that to their customer services, they don't provide solutions, they provide excuses.
