They’re A Scam. Better Off Elsewhere

I ordered multiple items from Printful. The tshirts were okay, but the sweatshirts were absolutely terrible, images weren’t properly applied, the onesie was completely uneven and 4 items were completely lost in transit! Replacing/getting a refund has been absolutely terrible. They just send you back emails demanding proof, which you send them including an email from USPS (I sent attachments and screenshots as they requested) of the written claim confirming the lost items from USPS. THE best POD partner

I have been with Printful for nearly 2 years and I love them! All through the plandemic and the influx of POD sellers and tons of supply chain problems and lockdowns they still delivered! And came out stronger on the other end it feels like. Their customer service is excellent and I have never had to wait more than a minute to get help. This is so rare nowadays when most big companies just don't care for their customers at all. There are other PODs who offer slightly cheaper prices but I ...

There's nothing negative that I could say about Printful! I'm so excited to have Printful to fulfill my company's needs. My first and last stop! I would definitely recommend and have recommended Printful to friends. Quality products, ease of use and great communication!

What do you like best about Printful? Printful lets you create a lot of products and test different designs without the risk of actually printing them. Being a Print-on-demand business, you only print what you sell, so you can have a large library of products in your store. They have a huge library of articles to help you get started.
