Used to be decent but has massively gone down hill since they became greedy like most companies and put the prices up. I understand a small price increase with the times but they also increased the minimum spend on coupons without telling customers. They are 'sorry' but they don't rectify it. Without discounts or free shipping Printful is expensive and there are cheaper and more competitive suppliers out there.

Good ui, logistics poor

Good UI, and somewhat good integration to shopify, however logistics is poor. have been trying to get a embrodery sample for over a month. Very frustrating when you want to get your shop started. Am now looking in to other alternative drop shipping services while i wait for my sample.

I have used many companies professionally and personally for custom print products over the years and it isn't always easy or cost effective. I must say my recent order from Printful was fast, the design layout was super easy to use, the delivery was quick to say the least and they do print on demand. Will definitely use again. What a great experience.

Bonjour,J'ai commandé 2 polos brodés sur printful : un modèle femme et un garçon. Le modèle S pour femme est à la bonne taille, et ma femme qui fait habituellement du S est très satisfaite. Malgré tout, le modèle L homme est beaucoup trop grand, là où je prends d'habitude du L partout (toutes marques etc.) Il me va comme un XL voire un XXL, ce qui est très inhabituel.Bref, je ne comprends pas du tout ce résultat.La broderie est malgré tout de bonne qualité sur les deux articles reçus, ...

Save yourself the headache!!!!

This company is horrible when it comes to delivering items. First order i paid for 2 day express delivery. The order was fulfilled on the 17th and i was given a dleivery date of 23-24 (due to wknd and presidents day). i was told that orders are shipped out the same day they are fulfilled. That is a lie and the package was not shipped out until the 23 and now my package wont be delivered until the 25th. Thats the first screw up. The second screw up was the different lies i was told about why ...
