There was an issue with a sample that I ordered. After reporting the issue, Janis reached out to apologise, explain what happened and immediately offered solutions. After a few rapid back and forth, they had completely solved my problem and had a replacement item sent out. Thank you so much for your help!

Problem turned solution.

I had issues when 1 product of 3 from my sample order was shipped yet the other 2 were not shipped as they were out of stock and so had been put through to be fulfilled in the U.S and the order was put on hold. However as the order had already shipped 1 of the products i was unable to edit the order and either cancel or put it through for fulfillment in U.S. With help from a "Marija J" and "Kristine" I was able to cancel my order and get refunded the 20% discount i had lost on those items ...
