I wanted to create a pair of custom leggings for my RunDisney race costume and googled "custom leggings". Printful came up in my search so I thought, what the heck! I'll give it a try! I'm so glad I did! I'm comfortable using design tools like Illustrator, so it was "easy enough" for me to create my design. No accountability for the premiums they charge

Company takes ZERO ownership of the delivery process, despite them being the producer that deals directly with them. If a parcel gets lost by their courier, they will tell you that it's either your or your customers responsibility to sort it out. No accountability from the self proclaimed leader in POD industry. Printify is miles ahead when it comes to customer service, among other things.

Customer Service Team Unhelpful

My order was wrongfully sent back to the Latvia warehouse due to a carrier error and customer service told me that they would charge me a second time for the shipment of my order. I was informed since I cannot prove that it was a carrier error, despite having communicated to the support agent VERY CLEARLY that it would be impossible for me to prove that in my specific case. Bit disappointed

Few weeks ago we have decided to use Printful. Probably I don't have a full picture of how good or bad it is. However, we just got a feedback from our customer that he's not happy with the item we designed and used Printful to do the rest. We are small business and every review matters to us. So far we have had only good reviews and we've worked for it very hard. I don't want Printful to ruin our good opinion.

Get more than you expect

It's difficult for me to trust a vendor who relies on many other vendors to deliver the goods. To this point in our relationship, Printful has over delivered in every sense. Shipping has been faster, quality has been better and ease of use has been pretty amazing.

I’ve been using Printful to design all my products and love it! The software is intuitive, the design possibilities are expansive, and the ease of integration to a Shopify store is seamless. Highly recommend using this for any custom designed materials!

Printful simply doesn't care about you

Printful simply doesn't care about you It doesn't matter how much money you spend with them they don't care about you. My package got lost and they didn't reach out to me, I had to email them 1000 times before they would even send the order again. I specifically asked if they could do some kind of express delivery with the postal service but they completely ignore this. They just send it blind. Obviously this is hurting my business reputation as they can't even deliver in the promised ...
