Worst first impression on fulfillment orders
We planed to change from Gelato to Printful. Made a big sample order, was not offered any discount. However some days later you offer us 30% sample-discount when the samples where already order. Reach out to costumer support Chrystal B. She refuse to give me discount on the existing order, refused to cancel the order and refused to give me a discount on the next order. Hard to get worse first impression.

The BEST in fulfillment for businesses, hands down.
Printful does a phenomenal job with it's fulfillment and it all starts with great customer service. When I have a question or need something, they get back immediately and with a great response. I emailed them at 5am this morning and I heard back in just a few minutes! That's unbelievable for such a huge company. If they maintain the quality of client relations that they have had then their growth will be limitless. Thank you!!

I wanted custom leggings for a race…
I wanted to create a pair of custom leggings for my RunDisney race costume and googled "custom leggings". Printful came up in my search so I thought, what the heck! I'll give it a try! I'm so glad I did! I'm comfortable using design tools like Illustrator, so it was "easy enough" for me to create my design.
