Atleast it's free... I will keep using it because of it being free... nothing works well with this provider... is the worse POD website I've tried, building a pod shop with this is a nightmare, it feels really really clumsy to work with their website, naming of features is confusing, you can't make multiple items or desings of the same products at once or in the same product page, you cant delete items once created, it works really poorly with squarespace, imports the images placing the ...

I use Printful for two different e-commerce shops on two different platforms. I have found it very easy to create my product templates and sync them on both woocommerce and Etsy. I have ordered samples of each product and I’m very happy with the quality!

The worst support
Been a customer with Printful for over 2 years. Finding their quality quite good but their customer services is beyond horrible. Trying to link to my Amazon store has proven to be error after error. Chat support is useless. Email support has been non responsive. No chance at speaking to a real person. Supporting your customers has to be a priority and they've failed in everyway possible on this front.
