Every time I turn around they're taking away another style of shirt or hoodie or taking away the best colors they have. The choices are slim and you'd better be on your toes to catch it when something is no longer available. Good quality but poor customer experience

Fairly new to POD but am not really satisfied with the service provided by Printful. Printful makes it easy to setup a new store and design products. After the initial excitement of getting my first order, I started to get a feel for everything. I like that the quality is good and almost all production is in-house in one of their fulfillment centers and actually they do a fairly quick job of fulfillment. Well I have been waiting for this kind of print business for a long time. It took me a long time to get started with it. I am now Disabled. I have worked in the print industry for over 20 years. So far the process of getting the prints made have been AWESOME! Its easy to use and the printtwork that they have done is really, really nice! I love Printful; make a vendor account

I really like this service. I signed up for a free vendor account, which lets you order 3 sample items a month at a 20% (?) discount with free shipping. It's not a massive savings but it motivates me to make 3 new pieces of clothing every time I remember Printful exists. The quality of the shirts and hats is great. I would recommend using simple designs, particularly if you can give it as transparent background. They used to have a print method called DTF, which has great graphic fidelity ...

My ordered never arrived

I ordered my 3 samples on the website, the package seems to have been sent but even tho I was at home the whole time the delivery service never rang at my door and my tracking status changed to "Unsuccessful item delivery attempt". Now the package is at the "collection point for pick-up" but I have no indication where is that pick up point from the tracking website and I didn't receive anything in my mail box. This was my only time ordering there, now imagine you have to make multiple ...

I've ordered numerous T-shirts and hoodies through Printful and I feel like I'm falling in love with each item I've ordered. Everything has arrived fairly quick and I haven't had to contact support for replacements. That's a huge bonus in my eyes. I've had T-shirts printed that have arrived within a few days of the order being placed but more on the average of a week, and up to a couple of weeks for things I've had embroidered.
