I love Printful

I love printful! It is so simple and easy to use. Especially for someone like me just starting out with my business. Would definitely recommend to anyone just starting out or are looking for a better company to switch to.

I am 100% satisfied with Printful products and shipping. The site is very easy to navigate and link items to your store. I received my items before I even thought about tracking them. :) The products I have received thus far are absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality. I am very confident I can sell these products in my online store and feel good about them. Thank you Printful for making my experience excellent and partnering with me.

£2,200 Down The Drain - Was told there was no refund but we 'can have a free beanie'

We are a small business that wanted some branded merchandise for our team, key early customers and family members as gifts. We decided to go with very simple prints (just our logo on some black hoodies, beanies and T-shirts). We trusted Printful to deliver good quality and placed an order worth £2,200. The package arrived on time! However upon opening the boxes we saw that the quality was horrendously poor. Every single logo print was cracked and faded - Our logo was distorted to the point ...

Expectations broken. Bad Quality!

I was expecting good things since on trust pilot 4.3 stars but then this... The print quality was that bad that I could peel of the print, this is totally unacceptable! I ordered two hoodies as samples, and one boxer shorts, the boxer shorts were a bit better but you could still see that it had the same problem, the two hoodies were both of bad Quality.

Wanted help with my heat press…

Wanted help with my heat press business. Ordered 3 sample shirts. All 3 were crooked. Poor quality print also. Like they didnt care no quality control what so ever. I was refunded 2 but the 3rd shirt was “acceptable margin” which means a small error is cool. Lost my business before it started. Go elsewhere. Their customers are not right so your customers will not be happy as well.

So far, so good.

So far, so good. Launching some T-shirt designs on Etsy was a breeze. The videos were enough to get all my questions answered. There have been no issues requiring me to contact customer service. It is really nice having no inventory to be concerned about.
