Avoid in 2023
It used to be good. Nowadays there is no customer support available, orders are shipped with such delays they might as well not ship them at all. They deny any responsibility for not fulfilling orders, they don't provide any explanations. I hate to say it because I've been using printful for years, but now it's full of ads of other services and it's so unreliable that you should stay away from it.

The worst print quality I've ever seen in my life!
Absolutely terrible print quality. I received my sample orders, and I have never seen so bad print quality in my life! The worst thing is they said that this kind of quality was expected. I can't sell this to my customers and don't even want to wear it myself! I wasted money on sample orders and might as well throw them in the bin! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

WORST customer service I've…
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Virtually 100% useless CS reps. Unable to resolve problems. Like chatting with a BOT. Find another printer who are professional and care about your business. Luis, Ruth, whoever you waste people's time and money. ZERO STARS

All-over print rules! Make a custom ugly sweater!
I have ordered a lot of products from them. Mostly as gifts at first. Fun Christmas presents making my own images to get printed on a sweater. The all-over print stuff is super cool. Highly recommend it. I personally wear the all-over print shorts around my house literally every day. They have held up better than the gym shorts I bought, plus they have my art tiled on them, which is super cool to me.
