TERRIBLE

Terrible. Avoid unless you need the most basic of basic printing needs like a stupid mug but they are not capable of printing quality DTG. JUST FIND ANOTHER PRINTER TO SAVE YOURSELVES VALUABLE TIME. Many of the positive reviews here are SHILL. FAKE. Read the other HONEST reviews here and you will see that these people are NOT the people you want handling your business.

High Quality Materials, Reliable Shipping

Printful has been a very reliable supplier that has helped my brand get good reviews. The quality of the base materials has been especially noted. The shipping times have been consistent. They also have a number of helpful tools in their UI that have made it easier to grow.

Consider carefully the POD company you choose

Very disappointing. They market that they are reliable and that they even have superior product quality and that they verify accuracy.... The truth is that it's all extremely inconsistent. There will be times that they print the products accurately and no issues. But there will be massive mistakes when mistakes occur. Which makes you question their attention to detail. The ups and downs.

The product quality is very nice and vibrant. I really enjoy being able to design the clothing as I want to although there are often glitches with the software, and there are limitations with the software that would be nice if they could be adjusted. If we were able to place more than 5 images per piece would be great for instance. I enjoy the recycled polyester that us being used on some products although I would prefer if all the polyester fabric being used was made from recycled ...

I ordered a mug with my own design as a test to quality and was thrilled when it arrived exactly as imagined, maybe better! It came within the predicted delivery dates - 6 days after ordering. Uploading my artwork to the mug was extremely simple and intuitive. I’m pleased with my mug and would certainly consider using printful if I ever decide to open a shop due to the high quality.
