THE ABSOLUTE WORST PRINTING I'VE EVER…
THE ABSOLUTE WORST PRINTING I'VE EVER SEEN FROM A COMPANY. INFURIATINGLY CRAPPY AND 100% UNACCEPTABLE TO SELL. LUIS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE LAZIEST MOST USELESS CS REP. LAZY AF AND JUST PISSES YOU OFF THAT SOMEONE COULD BE SO HAND OFF AND USELESS. IT'S JUST REALLY AMAZING HOW AWFUL AND UNUSABLE THE PRINTING QUALITY IS. THE CHEAPEST POSSIBLE QUALITY FOR DTG.THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PRINT DTG ON BLACK GARMENTS. THIS IS AN INCOMPETENT PRINTER.

CS & product assurance = VERY POOR!
Customer support treats you as if they are doing you a favor to reply to you, forgetting that they are a source company and they need to act like one. 4 orders out of 6 or 7 have been lost in post, and one they decided to give out to an unknown charity without consent or telling me. It is either they are bad, or they are selective as to who they might want to succeed.
