PrestaShop is the best ecommerce software around

We are using PrestaShop as an agency for 9 years now and are very satisfied with the evolvement of PrestaShop, its ecosystem and the software itself. In our opinion PrestaShop is the best open-source online shop system. Perhaps it is even the best ecommerce system in total. We like it, we recommend it, we already set up 100+ PrestaShops over the last few years. Keep up the good work guys!

They officially stole my money

The module I purchased through prestashop's official addons market didn't work as described.After ending meaningless argument with the scammer who made the crappy module, I reported this issue to prestashop CS, but they only told me a refund couldn't be issued for downloaded module.I do believe the staff who handled this issue wasn't versed enough at modules to understand the problem or didn't investigate it seriously.I thought prestashop's official addons market was safer than 3rd party ...
