Programmed by a bunch of ..
I believe prestashop was programmed by donkies. Horribly stupid system that asks the customers 2 times for vat number (once for the invoice address and once for the delivery). And if you happen to be that “dumb” that you put the vat only in the invoice address, it accepts it and later you can realize that the vat is still calculated and have to ask for a cancellation of the order. Very good product, but...
Very good product. They have now to make possible to test add-ons and additional modules before buying.To be clear : there is no "Try before buying".

Flexibility at its best
Flexibility at its best, open, powerful, there is no question this was the best decision made for my e-commerce site, especially when I talk to my peers, who are stuck with huge monthly bills, and limited customisation. Some things can be better and improve, but so far so good.

Easy to manage & scalable
What do you like best? Prestashop is easy to configure & development time is less. It’s highly customisable & scales well. This is what I wanted from an e-commerce software. What do you dislike? Every solution comes with some limitations. But there is nothing much to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I setup e-commerce websites for clients from template to customisations.

We're not if you are asking for an opinion on Prestashop, or TrustPilot, or both. So you get both.TrustPilot is an average, and not cheap, poll/feedback We're not sure if you are asking for an opinion on Prestashop or on the TrustPilot survey software. So you get both. Very good, but can do better
Very good, a lot of functionality but not detailed enough nor explained enough for the ordinary person. Especially for the indispensable modules: GDPR, Cookies, transport, payment, etc.

a good e-commerce solution
A good e-commerce solution for keeping your costs manageable. It does take the average person a while to master, I'm still learning as I go along and there are useful resources to assist with that. Still not fully encouraging of a UK market however, you have to be careful to not accidentally delete the US EN language pack as the back office depends on it. Other than that I'm grateful.

Very easy to implement and maintain
Very easy to implement and maintain. We rely on PS since 2010 for 95% of our sales. Fully satisfied. Small bugs (or misusage) now and again but never long to resolve, ie within 24 hours. Fully satisfied of our choice.
