Service is very good

What do you like best? There admin side system is most helpful feature of them. There freemium, open source system has bought new experience for Web Developer and Designer. As this CMS is available in Softaculous also so it is really easier to install by anyone. The journey of PrestaShop with me is mote then 4 years. Among this time they changed update lots of feature. Programmed by a bunch of ..

I believe prestashop was programmed by donkies. Horribly stupid system that asks the customers 2 times for vat number (once for the invoice address and once for the delivery). And if you happen to be that “dumb” that you put the vat only in the invoice address, it accepts it and later you can realize that the vat is still calculated and have to ask for a cancellation of the order. Even the customer support didn’t know this at the company. How convoluted and useless system you made. Not ...

Flexibility at its best

Flexibility at its best, open, powerful, there is no question this was the best decision made for my e-commerce site, especially when I talk to my peers, who are stuck with huge monthly bills, and limited customisation. Some things can be better and improve, but so far so good.

Very good product. They have now to make possible to test add-ons and additional modules before buying.To be clear : there is no "Try before buying".

Easy to manage & scalable

What do you like best? Prestashop is easy to configure & development time is less. It’s highly customisable & scales well. This is what I wanted from an e-commerce software. What do you dislike? Every solution comes with some limitations. But there is nothing much to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I setup e-commerce websites for clients from template to customisations.

I have issues with Prestashop add-ons;

I have issues with Prestashop add-ons;- The module descriptions on the Prestashop addon market place are horrible.- If you ask the developers you often get a vague/late respond- You purchase a module, and then it turns out it did not work as described if it works at all.- You get none to very little help from developers.- You will get ZERO help from Prestashop addon support.- You will never get a refund.I placed an order 2 weeks ago, asked for help, it came late and vague, as well he broke ...
