Don't use the worst framework ever.

Don't use the worst framework ever.I have just opened an E-commerce with this framework and I am regretting it.let's go by order:- Free download but code to be fixed by hand full of bugs and problems with the g-Google search console.- Plugins with untrue descriptions maybe it will seem to you that their plug works correctly, then you buy it and nothing works and they don't give assistance so you end up with useless plugins paid dearly.- Community does not exist- No compensation policy

SCAM, no support, they take your money and do not repsond.

No customer support from this company. I paid for the standard facebook pixel addon, which other platforms do not charge at all (wordpress gives it for free). Firstly it didn't do what was advertised, I couldn't create a catalog in Facebook and Instagram. I contacted the support 6 times, no answer. The first inquiry was on 14 Sep 2020. I even called by phone 3 times, only further stalling always saying to me wait 24h, wait 72h. They are out of business and everyone who uses them.

Extremely bad customer service

I recently purchased 2 addons from PRESTASHOP ADDONS website and misspelled my email address, so I didn't received the email to download the products.I tried to recover the account and password but it was impossible.I started trying to contact PRESTASHOP but apparently is almost impossible that a human being answers!!!I tried via live chat, email, tweets, phone call to UK and France and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS!I already spent several days and waste my money in phone calls ...
